Bilal (Bill) Hosn is a proud husband, and father of 3 beautiful children with strong Lebanese roots in the quickly growing Richmond Metropolitan area! Some of Bill’s current hobbies include spending time with his family, golfing when able to get out, and staying active, while giving back to the community. Bill has served as secretary, and then president of a local non-profit organization that was devoted to serving the youth in the Richmond area and organizing events for the community. Bill is passionate about his family, and helping others where he can.
Bill’s true love for real-estate began when he and a best friend decided to take a shot at flipping a home. One home grew to two, two to four, and before he knew it, a passion for real-estate was born! Now a realtor in Central Virginia, Bill is taking his passion and looking to help everyone from first time home buyers to long/short term investors.
With a background in project management managing numerus multi-million dollar projects, Bilal has versed himself in the art of communication, negotiation, and scope management! All that knowledge has definitely transitioned with him to real-estate.
